I like the interplay of shapes in this one - sharps vs rounds. The wispy fog adds an ethereal feel to it. This is a good contrast to the dark rocks pointing to the center of attention. Once critique that I offer is that there is not a clearly-defined center of attention. Draw lines from all of your diagonals to see where the center of attention should be. It's a 2nd degree star. Why is that important? I believe that the primary focus should be the "conversation" between the dragon and man. If you moved the dragon's head up to the point where all of your diagonals are pointing, you would create a stronger composition. Then, by pointing the dragon's head down to the man, you have a secondary point of focus.

Whoa the colours on this are amazing! Maybe it's just me, but the magic circle looks a little out of place at that angle, but it still looks really awesome either way.
